Here in Palm Springs we enjoy beautiful weather in winter and it is a wonderful place to have your
Ceremony AND your Honeymoon.  There are many things of interest. Performing Arts, Oasis Water Park,
Canyon & Trail hiking, Aerial Tram up to San Jacinto Mt., Much Golf and Swimming, Dinning , Dancing,
Gaming Casinos and Top entertainment, so why go to Las Vegas?
 Myself and family opened the first wedding chapel in Palm Springs in 1974, have been in the Wedding business
continuous for over 35 years.
 As a Non-Denominational Christian Minister I have married over 12 thousand couples .
Now semi retired I only do weddings in Palm Springs Winter Months October-May.

 Penny has designed flowers, photographed and officiated weddings for over 3 decades. At 15, Penny's first job was in a flower shop sweeping the floors, her training was very heavy in bridal work. Successful and Happy working with Brides, She started The First "One Stop" Wedding business in Los Angeles, then moved to Palm Springs in 1974 and opened the First Wedding Chapel in Palm Springs. Her services  also included Formal Wear & Catering.
Now, since 1989 she has chosen to leave the Catering, Tuxes and Gowns off her services. Working in Santa Barbara
full time from 1989 to Oct.1,2007.  Now...Living and semi retired Penny Goggans in Palm Springs, Winter Months only is
Officiating Ceremonies, doing Wedding Photography & Flowers (no longer offers packages with Arch and Chair set ups)
the rest of the year ( Summer Months).she plans to travel..
Penny has officiated over 12,000 Weddings
Her feelings about weddings from a simple “I Do” to the most Elaborate...is a joyful event and the stress that comes from bringing all functions together can be and should be eliminated. The excitement of that Special Day is to be expected.......but the unfamiliar and lack of time can cause anxiety.
